Role & responsibilities 1 - Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for improvement, developing improvement plans, and monitoring progress. 2 Process Audit: Conduct Detailed Process Control Audits, Identify gaps in the process / parameters / machine abnormalities & preparing various reports & communicating for the same 3- Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Quality, Efficiency, Defect Rates and implement corrective actions as needed. 4 Process Optimization: Study, Analyze and Improve Textile Manufacturing processes from raw material Stage to finished product, focusing on Quality / Productivity & Cost Optimization. 5 - Project Management: Manage projects related to Process Improvements, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence. 6 - Training and Development: Develop & deliver training to enhance employee skills and knowledge on Textile Manufacturing Operations / Operational Excellence principles and practices. 7 - Lean Manufacturing Implementation: Apply lean principles to eliminate waste, reduce non-value-added activities, and improve workflow. 8 - Quality Management: Implement and maintain robust quality management systems to ensure products meet or exceed industry standards and customer expectations. 9 - Data Analysis and Reporting: Study / Maintain Database & Analyze production data, identify trends, and prepare reports to support decision-making and performance management. Preferred candidate profile Strong understanding of textile manufacturing processes Proficienct in Process Excellence and Process Control Experience with quality management systems and continuous improvement methodologies. Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
