Role & responsibilities Prepare and cook a variety of continental breakfast items to order, including but not limited to: eggs (various styles), pancakes, waffles, French toast, cereals, yogurt parfaits, fruit platters, pastries, and breakfast sandwiches. Demonstrate expertise in the preparation of various types of momos (steamed, fried, pan-fried) with authentic fillings and accompanying sauces. Ensure consistent quality and presentation of all breakfast and momo dishes. Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work station in compliance with hygiene and safety standards. Manage inventory of breakfast and momo ingredients, and communicate needs for timely restocking. Preferred candidate profile Proven experience as a Chef or Cook, with a strong focus on continental breakfast preparation. Demonstrable experience and skill in making various types of momos from scratch. Knowledge of different cooking techniques and ingredients used in continental breakfast and momo preparation. Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
