Job Description: You will be based in Chennai and required to work from the office. As an experienced professional with over 5 years of experience, you should hold a graduate degree. Immediate joiners are preferred for this role. Your responsibilities will include understanding client requirements and functional specifications, writing well-designed and efficient code, solving complex technical issues, and ensuring that quality projects are delivered within defined timelines. You will actively engage in client communication to comprehend functional requirements, provide technical assistance to junior team members, and uphold high standards of quality for code, documentation, and other deliverables. It is essential to adhere to industry best practices and contribute to internal coding standards. You must possess hands-on experience with JavaScript development on both client and server-side, proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, LESS/SASS, jQuery, and mobile responsiveness. In-depth knowledge of Node JS, MongoDB/MySQL, React JS, ExpressJS, Hooks, and Redux/Context APIs is required. Experience in making code architecture decisions to support high-performance and scalable products with a minimal footprint, familiarity with modern frameworks and design patterns, and proficiency in version control systems like GIT are necessary. Experience working in Agile environments, strong analytical and logical skills, and exposure to unit testing are preferred.
