We are looking for a Senior Graphics Designer with 4-5 years of relevant experience to join our team at iLead Foundation. This is a permanent role based near Topsia in Kolkata. As a Sr. Graphics Designer, your primary responsibilities will include creating visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and designs for various marketing materials. This includes materials for social media, websites, and print. You will be expected to develop content-driven designs that are in line with the brand's messaging and tone. Collaboration with content teams to ensure that graphics complement written content is an essential part of the role. Additionally, you will design and develop visual elements for presentations, reports, and other business materials. It is crucial to stay updated with the latest design trends and best practices in the industry. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field. Proven experience in graphic design, especially with a focus on content-driven design, is required. A strong portfolio that showcases your design skills and experience is essential. Proficiency in design software such as Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, and AI is a must. An excellent understanding of visual storytelling and content strategy will be beneficial in this role.
