Job Title: Medical Content Writer (MBBS Mandatory)

As an inside sales associate, you will be crucial in promoting and selling digital solutions to medical practitioners, focusing on client acquisition, retention, and building long lasting relationships.

Role Overview:

Medical Content Head (MBBS)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Strategy & Execution

  • Lead the planning and development of SEO-optimized medical content (blogs, articles, website copy, creatives, ads) tailored to individual doctor specialties and services.
  • Align content with platform goals for doctor branding, patient engagement, and lead generation.
  • SEO & Digital Marketing Integration

  • Collaborate with SEO and marketing teams to identify top-performing keywords, trending topics, and content gaps.
  • Create content that drives traffic, ranks high on search engines, and converts into action.
  • Creative & Design Alignment

  • Guide design team on visual assets that complement the content (infographics, banners, videos, carousels).
  • Ensure consistency in medical illustrations, creatives, and social posts with content objectives.
  • Market & Audience Insight

  • Keep pulse on patient behavior, disease trends, treatment queries, and doctor marketing needs.
  • Work closely with customer-facing teams to translate doctor expectations into digital content solutions.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Growth, Tech, Product, and CRM teams for publishing automation, lead nurturing, and patient communication.

Required Qualifications:

  • MBBS (Mandatory)

    with strong flair for medical writing and marketing
  • 3-4 years of experience in healthcare content, preferably in digital marketing agencies, health tech, or hospital marketing
  • Proven ability to create impactful SEO and performance-driven content
  • Understanding of Google algorithms, SEM tools, and keyword planning
  • Familiarity with CMS, Canva/Figma, and analytics tools is a plus
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in customer-facing roles or handling doctor/healthcare professional relationships
  • Prior exposure to brand storytelling, ad copywriting, or campaign ideation in the healthcare space
  • Comfort working in fast-paced, collaborative environments
