Content Writer – Social Media & Digital Campaigns

Job Description

We’re hiring a creative, research-driven Content Writer to craft high-quality content for social media, digital campaigns, and educational media for civil engineers and construction professionals. You'll work across multiple formats and campaigns, contributing directly to brand visibility and audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities

A. Social Media Content Creation:

• Write compelling and well-researched scripts for:
• Case Studies (data-backed, issue-driven storytelling)
• Construction Owners (material comparisons, quality tips)
• Civil Engineers (technical, research-based training topics)

B. Digital Marketing & Campaign Copywriting:

• Create ad scripts and branding content for:
• YouTube, Meta, Google Ads
• Offer messages (WhatsApp/SMS/IVR)
• Testimonial videos, brand films

C. Content Calendar & Collaboration:

• Maintain and follow the publishing calendar
• Work closely with designers, editors, trainers
• Integrate trends, industry dates, and events into planning

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Journalism, Mass Communication, English, or Marketing is preferred
• However, any diploma or degree will be considered – we value dedication and writing skills above all
• Strong research and storytelling ability
• Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media formats
• Bonus: Civil Engineering or EdTech experience

• 90%+ scripts delivered on time
• 95% technical accuracy & originality
• 10%+ video reach improvement
• 3%+ ad CTRs; 2+ creative content ideas/month

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift
