As a Content Executive, you’ll be responsible for creating and managing high-quality content

across a range of channels to enhance our brands’ authority, attract new customers, and

establish our estate and letting agents as trusted industry leaders.

Reporting to the Head of Brand and Communications, you’ll collaborate closely with the whole

marketing team and external suppliers to develop content strategies, execute campaigns, and

support our content marketing efforts.

Key responsibilities:

  • Content creation: Write, edit and use existing and emerging AI platforms to create

engaging content for a range of on and offline channels, including websites, PPC, social

media, and email campaigns. You’ll also contribute to printed assets including

brochures, posters, and canvassing materials.

  • SEO optimisation: Implement SEO best practices in all content to drive organic traffic

and improve search engine rankings.

  • Content strategy: Assist in developing content calendars, ensuring consistent

messaging across all platforms.

  • Research: Conduct research - including SEO keyword research - on market data,

industry trends, competitor content, and customer pain points to create informative and

relevant content.

  • Brand consistency: Ensure all content aligns with tone of voice and brand guidelines.
  • Social media: Manage social media content, including posts, stories, and engagement

strategies.

  • Performance tracking: Use analytics tools to monitor content performance and

optimise based on data-driven insights.

  • Collaboration: Work with key stakeholders to ensure content aligns with business

goals and customer needs.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 4 plus years of content creation experience, ideally in the property, real

estate, or a related industry.

  • Writing skills: Excellent written communication skills with the ability to write clear,

concise, and engaging copy.

  • Confidence with AI: Experience using AI tools to generate, refine, and personalise

content while maintaining brand tone and consistency.

  • SEO knowledge: Familiarity with SEO tools and techniques, such as keyword research,

on-page SEO, and content optimisation.

  • Digital marketing: Experience with writing for digital channels, including email, social

media and websites e.g. blogs.

  • Attention to detail: Strong editing and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Creative thinker: Ability to generate fresh ideas and adapt content for different

audiences and platforms.

  • Organisation: Excellent time management skills with the ability to manage multiple

projects and deadlines.

  • Team player: Collaborative and proactive, with the ability to work effectively within a

team.

  • Desirable: Experience with graphic design tools and content management systems

(e.g., Canva, WordPress) and basic knowledge of HTML.
