Profile - Content Writer Job Description Creative and Communication Strategist Preferred an individual with a background of real estate creative agency (but not mandatory) Content creator who can Ideate, innovate, and strategize visual and textual content for marketing real estate projects Develop storylines and work with designers to transfer thoughts into appealing visual designs Create concise and crisp copies for Social Media Ads, worked on power point story line Multitask and juggle multiple projects with various objectives and timelines Plan and strategize for client-led campaigns. Prepare proactive creative pitches Work in liaison with the marketing team to build campaign plan from the story-telling perspective and make frequent iterations to match the required tonality Write B2B blogs for brand website and prepare monthly calendars for content publishing Should be able to build and discern storiesfor different TG and think out-of-the-boxto prepare marketing collateral that can engage the audience and trigger action for sales Assist in campaign strategy and development workflow to deliver campaign goals Consistently measure the performance of show marketing campaigns and make timely adjustments to improve the marketing outcomes Ability to manage multiple time-sensitive projects simultaneously working both independently and in close collaboration with a variety of stakeholder Should know about media analytics and measure performance based on metrics to make timely creative changes for reaching the marketing goals Self-driven individual with a creative bent and able to convince clients for creative approvals High proficiency in English (degree in communication preferred)
