Job Description:
We’re looking for a Content Writer who is creative, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across multiple content formats. The ideal candidate should be able to create engaging long-form blogs, ad copies, social media content, and scripts, ensuring every piece connects with the target audience and aligns with the brand voice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Write high-quality, on-brand content for blogs, websites, ads, and social media platforms.
• Support content strategies that align with campaign goals and SEO objectives.
• Create compelling ad copies for Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital platforms.
• Assist in writing scripts for corporate videos, promotional videos, reels, and explainer videos.
• Research topics, keywords, and trends to develop relevant and engaging content ideas.
• Optimize content for clarity, tone, readability, and performance.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and SEO teams to deliver effective content.
• Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality standards.
• Adapt content based on feedback and performance insights.
• Ensure all content follows brand guidelines, ethical standards, and industry requirements.

Desired Skills & Requirements:

• 2–5 years of experience in content writing, copywriting, or scripting.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English, Journalism, Mass Communication, Media Studies, or a related field.
• Prior experience working in a creative, digital marketing, or advertising agency will be an added advantage.
• Creative mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt.
• Strong writing skills across long-form, short-form, and social media content.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and content trends.
• Bonus: Good command over Hindi and Kannada.
• Ability to handle multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
• Candidates with experience in media, newspaper, magazine writing, or editorial roles are encouraged to apply.
