Content Writer

• Role Overview

We are looking for an Instructional Content Writer who can create clear, engaging, and learner-focused content. The role requires strong writing skills, an understanding of instructional design principles, and the ability to translate complex concepts into easy-to-understand learning material.

Key Responsibilities

• Write and develop content for eLearning modules, training materials, and assessments.
• Create scripts, storyboards, case studies, and other instructional documents.
• Collaborate with instructional designers and subject matter experts to structure content.
• Simplify complex topics into engaging and learner-friendly formats.
• Ensure content is accurate, aligned with learning objectives, and tailored to the target audience.
• Edit and proofread content for clarity, grammar, and consistency.
• Stay updated on eLearning trends, writing styles, and digital learning practices.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Communication, or related field.
• 2–6 years of experience in content writing, preferably in eLearning, EdTech, or training.
• Strong command of English with excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Familiarity with instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and learner-centric mindset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
