Job Description

You will be responsible for researching industry-related topics and trends, writing clear and grammatically correct content for websites, blogs, articles, and social media platforms. Your role will involve creating content strategies aligned with company goals and target audience, optimizing content for SEO and user engagement, and collaborating with marketing and design teams to plan and develop content. In addition, you will manage and mentor junior writers, ensure consistency in style, quality, and tone of voice across all content, and stay updated with industry trends and best practices in content writing and SEO. To be successful in this role, you should have proven work experience as a Content Writer, preferably in a technical or related field, along with a portfolio of published articles or content pieces. Strong writing and editing skills in English, excellent research abilities, familiarity with SEO and content optimization techniques, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team are essential. A Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field is preferred. Personal attributes such as honesty, ethical work approach, dedication, strong project management skills, and a commitment to long-term work with the company are highly valued. This is a full-time position with benefits including leave encashment, yearly bonus, and a day shift schedule. The job location is in Vadodara, Gujarat, requiring reliable commute or willingness to relocate. A minimum of 1 year of experience in Content Writing and the IT field is preferred for this role.,
