Role Description

Responsibilities

• Build and execute content strategies for founders and brands
• Write high-performing scripts for short-form video
• Ensure all scripts are production-ready and on-camera optimized
• Manage content calendars and publishing cadence
• Collaborate with creative, production, and editing teams
• Review content performance and refine strategy based on results
• Maintain consistency in brand voice and narrative direction

• Ability to write clear, structured, high-retention scripts
• Experience managing content end-to-end, not just ideation
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, execution-heavy environments
