The Outreach Specialist will be responsible for building and fostering relationships with clients, identifying partnership opportunities, conducting outreach initiatives, and performing research to support outreach goals. The role also involves effective communication, customer service, and written correspondence to ensure positive engagement and relationship-building with key stakeholders. Qualifications Strong communication skills, including verbal and written communication Experience in customer service and building relationships Proficiency in research and the ability to identify and pursue partnership opportunities Experience with community outreach initiatives and executing engagement strategies Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a remote environment High degree of organization, time management, and attention to detail Previous experience in a media, marketing, or non-profit environment is a plus
