Key Responsibilities: Content Creation & Visual Storytelling Design eye-catching marketing content using Adobe Suite, Figma, Canva, and other creative tools. Develop high-quality social media creatives, blog posts, ad copies, and presentations. Bring a strong design language to all brand communications. Bring a strong design language to all brand communications. • Trendspotting & Brand Growth Stay on top of marketing trends, social media movements, and viral content and find ways to integrate company into them. Keep an eye on what competitors are doing globally and domestically and help position company as an industry leader. Identify new marketing opportunities and execute campaign ideas to strengthen brand presence. • Research, Strategy & Performance Analysis Conduct in-depth market research on competitors, industry trends, and consumer behavior. Analyze marketing KPIs, campaign performance, and brand impact to improve strategies. Expand on team ideas, turning initial concepts into fully-fledged strategies. • Presentation & Collaboration Create compelling presentations that effectively communicate strategies and ideas to the team. Work closely with the marketing and design teams to ensure consistent branding across all channels. Be open to feedback, adapt quickly, and bring discipline and structure to tasks. Requirements Proven Experience: Bachelors Degree in Marketing/Business Administration/Management or related fields. 1+ years of experience. Core Skills: Hands-on experience with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Figma, and Canva. A creative and detail-oriented thinker with a strong design and content sense. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) & Management Tools. Excellent writing skillsable to craft compelling brand stories and marketing copy. Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. A strong sense of ownership and responsibility for delivering high-quality work.
