Job Description

Role Overview: You are a Commercial Pharmaceutical Content Specialist at Indegene Limited, located in Bengaluru. This full-time role offers a hybrid work environment, combining in-office work with some work-from-home flexibility. Your primary responsibility is to create, manage, and optimize content specifically tailored for the pharmaceutical industry. Your daily tasks will include content creation, strategy development, proofreading, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute content strategies for the pharmaceutical industry - Create and manage content across various platforms including Email, Banners, iDetail, LBL, Posters, Social Media, Video & Audio - Ensure content compliance with industry standards such as PI, ISI, and compliance-driven content - Integrate images with supporting text and creative messaging - Have a strong understanding of claims creation and management - Demonstrate sensitivity to market, brand, language, and persona nuances - Utilize skills in localization and derivative asset development - Familiarity with Modular Content (ModCon) frameworks and MLR compliance - Interest/experience in Generative AI content workflows - Proficiency in tools like InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, HTML, and SVG Qualifications Required: - PharmD/ MPharm/ BDS/ MDS/ MSc/ Pharma-Medical PGs educational background - Strong skills in Content Creation, Content Management, and Optimization - Experience in developing and executing Content Strategies - Proficiency in Proofreading and ensuring Content Compliance with industry standards - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Capability to work in a hybrid environment, coordinating across remote and office settings - Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and its specific content requirements - Working knowledge of GenAI usages Additional Details: Indegene Limited is a tech-native life sciences specialist with a focus on guiding commercialization strategies through to execution.
