The Communications Associate role involves creating and managing content across digital platforms to boost engagement and outreach. Responsibilities include developing strategic communication plans, overseeing social media, updating digital documentation, and supporting promotional and event-related communication efforts. You will be responsible for capturing and sharing impactful stories through photos, videos, and podcasts, as well as designing and executing engaging social media strategies. Additionally, you will create quarterly communication plans aligned with organizational goals, update website content, and contribute to external publications through blog posts. Your role will also involve supporting organizational events and maintaining a structured archive of digital assets. The ideal candidate should have at least one year of experience in social media content creation, proficiency in digital design tools such as Canva or Adobe Photoshop, strong photography and video editing skills, exceptional English communication skills, and access to a personal laptop and high-quality camera or smartphone. Moreover, you should possess the ability to identify and share impactful stories, strong storytelling and content simplification skills, excellent multitasking and organizational abilities, and a results-driven mindset with a commitment to meeting deadlines.
