SAP installation, upgrade, Support The SAP BASIS Administrator is a technical role focusing on global SAP landscape. The Basis resource should be a Solution Matter Expert and will be accountable for the design, implementation and health of the SAP landscapes. The basis person will provide oversight and leadership to an extended technical team including onsite and offshore third-party resources. The Basis resource is expected to be hands on for all design work and in the implementation of complex technical activities and issues. The Basis resource will ensure that the SAP systems (ECC, BW, SRM, Content Server Business Object, SAP PO, SAP Portal, Fiori, Solution Manager, web dispatchers) and their corresponding DB like HANA, Oracle, MaxDB, Sybase IQ are properly monitored, and optimized to provide an uninterrupted and stable state. Expertise in solution providing for issue or new project requirement with efforts, infrastructure sizing and landscape optimization. Additionally, the Basis resource will be responsible for creating and maintaining technical road maps for SAP and supporting systems. ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: o Ensure the SAP solution landscapes operate reliably and efficiently.
