Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced QA Content Lead with a minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience in content development within the content, education, or learning sectors. The role focuses on ensuring the quality and accuracy of content produced by the team. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in content quality reviews, data analysis, and reporting specifically for content projects. Additionally, the candidate must have leadership experience in the content, education, or learning domains and a proven ability to lead teams and communicate effectively with clients. Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive quality reviews of content to ensure it meets internal standards, is accurate, engaging, and aligns with client requirements. Oversee the QA process for all content deliverables, ensuring compliance with brand guidelines, style guides, and editorial standards. Analyze content performance and quality metrics, producing detailed reports that highlight areas for improvement. Provide actionable feedback to content creators, editors, and writers to enhance content quality and delivery. Lead and mentor a team of content developers, guiding them through quality assurance processes and ensuring timely project completion. Collaborate directly with clients to understand their content quality expectations and provide regular updates on project progress. Identify opportunities for process improvements within the content development workflow and propose solutions to enhance overall content quality. Hands-on experience in content quality reviews within the content, education, or learning sectors. Strong client communication skills with the ability to manage expectations regarding content quality. Proven experience in mentoring and managing content development teams.
