Job Description

As a Content & Platform Quality Manager at our company, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the quality and consistency of our MBI platform. Your responsibilities will involve defining quality standards, conducting content audits, coordinating acceptance reviews, and collaborating with various teams to ensure high-quality standards are met. Here is a breakdown of your key responsibilities: - Define and implement quality standards, processes, and governance frameworks to maintain consistency across the platform. - Conduct content quality reviews to ensure clarity, accuracy, and alignment with MBI standards, including UX design and content guidelines. - Act as the governance/control point for published content to guarantee consistency and compliance with standards. - Design and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by coordinating reviews, tracking issues, and working with the platform team during release cycles. - Produce quality reports and dashboards to monitor issues, facilitate timely resolutions, and keep stakeholders informed. - Collaborate closely with UX, product, and platform teams to address issues, propose improvements, and uphold high-quality standards. Your skills as a Content & Platform Quality Manager should include: - Ability to coordinate UAT, track issues, and ensure timely resolutions. - Proficiency in content auditing to review copy and structure for clarity and accuracy. - Capacity to define processes and governance frameworks to maintain quality standards. - Strong reporting and communication skills to provide clear updates to stakeholders. - Familiarity with UX design guidelines and consistent application of them. - Experience in cross-functional collaboration with technical, UX, and product teams. - Attention to detail, organization, and focus on accuracy and consistency. Qualifications required for this role are: - Bachelor's or master's degree in Business, Economics, Digital Communications, Engineering, or related fields. - 5+ years of experience in content/platform quality management, governance, or digital operations. - Proven ability to design and implement processes that enhance quality and consistency. - Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills. - Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities. In addition to the responsibilities and qualifications outlined, you will be expected to adhere to Mastercard's corporate security policies and practices, ensuring the confidentiality and integrity of information accessed, reporting any security violations or breaches, and completing mandatory security trainings as required.,
