Content Planner & Creator

As a Content Planner & Creator, your role will involve working closely with design, marketing, and performance teams to conceptualize, plan, and execute content across multiple digital touchpoints for one of India's top e-commerce brands. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute content strategies for dailies, UHP (homepage), emailers, pre-buzz campaigns, monetization emailers, and performance marketing ads. - Collaborate with designers and marketing managers to craft high-conversion creative copies tailored for different campaigns. - Plan and manage content calendars aligned with campaign goals and brand tone. - Ensure brand voice consistency across channels including social, paid, and CRM-led communications. - Track campaign performance and optimize content for engagement, CTR, and conversion metrics. Ideal Candidate Requirement: - 4-5 years of experience in content strategy + creative copywriting (preferably in e-commerce, fashion, or consumer-tech), ex-employees from Myntra & Nykaa are welcomed. - Strong ability to balance creative storytelling with performance-driven content. - Proven track record of creating impactful content for digital ads, emailers, and website marketing assets. - Excellent communication and coordination skills to manage fast-paced, multi-stakeholder campaigns. - Immediate availability to join in Bangalore.
