Role Overview

As the Content & Organic Growth Strategist, you’ll lead BRAVADO’s organic visibility — across SEO, AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), and brand storytelling. You’ll create content that both algorithms and humans want to engage with.

Key Responsibilities

• Search & Organic Growth
• Build and execute the SEO strategy (keyword research, on-page optimization, interlinking).
• Implement structured data (schema) and ensure AI-readable content formatting.
• Monitor rankings, traffic, and emerging AI search trends (SGE, ChatGPT, Gemini).
• AEO & GEO Optimization
• Develop conversational, Q&A-style content for AI and voice searches.
• Optimize brand mentions for AI discoverability and answer engines.
• Track and test visibility across AI-powered search platforms.
• Content Creation
• Write blogs, web copy, product stories, and campaign content.
• Create brand-aligned scripts and captions for social & UGC.
• Collaborate with designers for visuals and performance alignment.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in SEO / Content Marketing / Digital Brand Writing
• Strong understanding of search intent, topical authority, and schema markup
• Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills
• Awareness of AI search & voice optimization (AEO/GEO)
• Tools: Google Search Console, Ahrefs/SEMRush, SurferSEO, ChatGPT/Jasper

Nice to Have

• Experience in E-commerce SEO (Shopify or similar)
• Knowledge of content analytics tools
• Creative direction or basic design skills (Canva/Figma)

Performance Indicators (First 90 Days)

• 10–15 SEO-optimized pages or blog posts live
• FAQ & structured data implemented across site
• Top 20 ranking for key search terms
• 25% increase in organic sessions or engagement metrics
