In this strategic individual contributor role, you will lead the development of research-backed educational content strategies that drive learner outcomes and engagement. You will collaborate with SMEs, designers, and content creators to infuse storytelling, pedagogy, and real-world relevance into digital learning experiences. This role is ideal for experienced educators and curriculum designers with a deep understanding of learner psychology and tech-enabled instruction, seeking to influence the future of education in a fast-paced, impact-driven EdTech environment. Job Responsibilities: Design and lead research-backed, engaging educational content strategies. Apply pedagogical principles and storytelling to complex subjects to improve learning outcomes. Integrate storytelling, real-world examples, and analogies into the learning plan. Collaborate with SMEs, animators, presenters, and instructional designers to shape multimedia content. Integrate current trends in edtech, simulations, and learner engagement techniques. Ensure all content is aligned with the relevant curriculum (e.g., CBSE, ICSE, etc). What we are looking for: 39 years of experience in teaching, curriculum design, instructional design, or education research (Grades 9th & 10th). Familiarity with storytelling, interactive content, and digital tools for education. Strong analytical and collaborative skills, with attention to both academic rigor and learner engagement.
