Your role at Roboyo will involve the following core experiences: - Designing end-to-end chatbot journeys: This goes beyond just engineering GenAI prompts. You should have a track record of creating complete customer journeys, including dialogue flow, fallback handling, escalation points, and more. - UX design for chatbots: You should possess the ability to craft seamless, intuitive, and engaging experiences tailored to various customer intents and channels such as web and app. - Excellent English writing skills: Proficiency in English is a must. You should be capable of creating clear, customer-facing copy that aligns with the desired tone of voice and complies with standards. Additional skills that would be advantageous include: - Working with structured and unstructured intents: Experience in building and refining intent models using data and customer phrases. - Content modularity and reusability: Understanding how to organize content in reusable blocks for scalability, particularly in platforms like LivePerson or similar. - Analytics and iteration mindset: Familiarity with using data to enhance journeys by analyzing containment rates, dropout points, intent misfires, etc. - Versioning and testing tools: Proficiency in tools like Git, LivePerson Conversational Cloud testing environments, or similar platforms. In terms of work approach: - Agile or sprint-based delivery: Experience in working within squads and contributing to sprints or project milestones. - Collaboration with design, content, and analytics teams: Effective cross-functional communication is essential. - Self-sufficient builder: Ability to independently handle full flows from brief to build, test, and deploy with minimal supervision.
