Role Summary: We are hiring Live Moderators to help ensure the safety and quality of conversations on our platform. In this role, you will join calls as a regular customer and talk to Superdostts (hosts) to check if they follow platform rules. You may sometimes test their behavior to see how they respond in tricky or sensitive situations. Key Responsibilities: Join 1:1 live calls with Superdostts by acting as a normal user. Observe and check if Superdostts follow important rules, such as: Not sharing phone numbers or social media Not asking for or offering money Not engaging in adult or inappropriate talk, etc Sometimes test their response by creating situations that check if they might break rules. Report what you observed clearly and accurately with proper details. Work closely with the Trust & Safety team to improve host quality and safety measures. Daily Target: Expected to make 80 - 100 calls per day. Requirements: Good communication skills in English and at least one Indian regional language (Tamil/Telugu/Malayalam/Kannada) . Ability to handle sensitive or uncomfortable conversations professionally. Must be responsible, honest, and able to keep all information private. Past experience in moderation, customer support, or safety checks is a bonus. This role requires male candidates only, due to operational needs.
