Job Description

You will be working with colleagues based across the region in at least three distinct locations. As a team, you will provide trusted IT services and project support to the bank to assist in achieving ambitious growth plans. As a content manager, your role is crucial in ensuring the fulfillment of both business and technology objectives. Your responsibilities will include managing technology in projects, offering technical guidance and solutions for project completion. This involves content management, providing basic scripting support, preparing and submitting status reports to minimize exposure and risks in projects, and ensuring timely and quality software development. To excel in this role, you must have a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience as a Content Manager. Proficiency in Content Manager & Records Management Tools, particularly Filenet, is required. Strong knowledge of C# and basic scripting skills are essential, along with experience in both Windows and Linux operating systems for installation and configuration tasks. A good understanding of access management protocols, reporting capabilities, development background, and exposure to Integrated Development Environments (IDEs) are also necessary. Excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work independently are mandatory for this position.
