Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for supporting the creation, maintenance, sourcing, and review of written content specifically for RFPs, third-party databases, and DDQs. This will involve liaising with Product Teams and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) across the business to ensure the content is suitable for global consumption. Additionally, you may have the opportunity to work on content automation projects, narratives for consultants and third parties, and other due diligence platforms. Your role will also involve significant participation in live RFPs in a deadline-sensitive environment, along with responding to DDQs as needed to support the RFP team. Key Responsibilities: - Write, edit, and proofread DDQs, RFPs, and investment content for Fixed Income and Equity products within an investment management firm - Demonstrate a strong interest in capital markets/investment knowledge - Liaise with business partners and SMEs globally to ensure content is suitable for global consumption - Manage multiple projects simultaneously and effectively - Understand the specific needs of an RFP team and contribute to content automation projects - Utilize Qvidian or similar content database effectively - Communicate effectively with stakeholders and build strong working relationships within the firm - Apply strong written English skills with a keen eye for detail - Utilize Microsoft Word and Excel proficiently; familiarity with Qvidian is advantageous - Maintain a positive and professional attitude in all interactions Qualifications Required: - 1-3 years of experience in writing DDQs, RFPs, and investment content for Fixed Income and Equity products within an investment management firm - Strong interest in capital markets/investment knowledge; MBA or progress towards CFA is a plus - Experience using Qvidian or similar content database - Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects - Understanding of RFP team requirements and commercial aspects - Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; familiarity with Qvidian is beneficial - Positive attitude, professionalism, and effective communication skills Additional Details of the Company: Ameriprise India LLP has been providing client-based financial solutions for 125 years, helping clients plan and achieve their financial objectives.
