Your primary responsibilities would include ideating, recording, and producing videos for both the company and clients" social media accounts. You will collaborate with team members to grasp client requirements and independently transform concepts into engaging videos. Brainstorming video ideas with the team, staying updated on new trends and software, and offering suggestions to enhance content for all brands will be crucial aspects of the role. The ideal candidate for this position is someone who thrives on creating social media videos, understanding the nuances that differentiate them from traditional cinematic content. Being resourceful in challenging situations, comfortable both in front of and behind the camera, possessing meticulous attention to detail, and demonstrating a strong desire to learn, grow, and innovate with videos are key qualities we are looking for. On the contrary, if you require constant guidance, lack motivation, struggle with punctuality, resist learning from mistakes, exhibit a fixed mindset, engage in toxic behavior, tend to complain excessively, avoid non-traditional work hours, or are reluctant to take on additional responsibilities beyond the standard job scope, this role may not be the right fit for you. The salary range for this role is between Rs 30,000 to 40,000 per month, subject to individual skills and interview performance.
