The Opportunity We're looking for a content generalist with a strong video bias. Someone who can take a raw idea and turn it into a scroll-stopping 30-second ad, a sticky App video, or a snappy YouTube bumperall while working fast, smart, and collaboratively. Youll work closely with performance marketers, designers, editors, influencer marketers, and the Head of Content to shape how India experiences our brandthrough high-impact video storytelling and content that actually converts. This is not a writing-only role. This is video-first content strategy that performs—across formats, channels, and audiences. And yes, you’re expected to use AI tools to work faster and better. You'll Be a Good Fit If You: Have 4–6 years of experience in video scripting, production planning, content creation, or creative direction (agency, brand, media, freelance—all welcome) Have conceptualized or produced video ads or content series for platforms like Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Meta ads, Apps or WhatsApp Can think in shots, sequences, storyboards, voiceovers, or visual hooks Understand what makes a video thumb-stopping in the first 3 seconds—and why most don’t make it Have used AI tools to scale scripting, voiceovers, editing ideas, or prompt-based storyboarding Enjoy working in a fast-moving team that values velocity over perfection Have strong English fluency (bonus if you can work across Hindi, Hinglish, or any other regional dialects) What You'll Actually Do Lead or support short-form video content creation across Meta, YouTube, Google, WhatsApp, and in-app channels Work on everything from video scripts to rough cut planning, voiceovers, and hook-based ideation Co-create campaigns and creative experiments—from sustenance videos to retargeting hooks to influencer & show integrations Collaborate with editors, influencers, and designers to bring static artwork and videos to life Use tools like ChatGPT, ElevenLabs, Veo3, Sora, and Midjourney to speed up scripting, voice, and visual ideation Test 2-5 content experiments a week—refining based on performance insights Build content that’s emotionally rooted, visually clever, and commercially viable in more than 1 language

You'll work closely with performance marketers, visual designers and editors, the influencer marketers, and the head of content to shape how India experiences our brandacross Instagram, Meta ads, Google ads, YouTube bumpers, app banners, and your mom’s WhatsApp. This is not a content “writing” role. This is content that works. At scale. Across formats. And you’ll use AI tools to make it smarter and faster. You'll be a good fit if: You have 4–6 years of writing, scripting, production, or creative experience (agency, brand, media, freelance — it’s all welcome) You’ve shipped content that performed (give us numbers) You're obsessed with how people consume content and why they convert (or don’t) You’ve already replaced some of your manual writing workflows with AI and want to go deeper You love fast-moving teams, no red tape, and big creative swings You have expert-level fluency in English (bonus if you’re an expert in a regional dialect) Tools & Tech You Should Have Some Exposure to (or Be Willing to Learn Fast) AI tools: ChatGPT, Veo3, Sora, Grammarly, ElevenLabs, Canva Project management: Trello, Slack, Google Suite Platforms: Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Instagram, YouTube What You'll Actually Do Take ownership of projects from concept to completion, meeting deadlines and maintaining a high level of quality Co-create scroll-stopping ad creatives (Meta, Google, YouTube, and affiliates) Write copy for Ads, WhatsApp, banners, landing pages, celebrity scripts, influencer scripts, organic social posts, and more Use tools like ChatGPT, Midjourney, and others to ideate faster and deliver smarter Work with designers and marketers to ship 5–10 creative experiments per week Use real-time performance data to refine your content (and ego) Build content that feels human, local, and unignorable Apply with a portfolio (or live links) for making the cut.
