You will be joining Licious, a Bengaluru based meat and seafood company established in 2015 by our founders, Abhay Hanjura and Vivek Gupta, who are food enthusiasts and close friends. As India's most successful D2C food-tech brand, we operate in 20 cities nationwide and have delighted over 32 lac customers with our delicious and fresh meat and seafood offerings. In this role, your main responsibilities will include collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive profitability, particularly focusing on the supply chain within the quick commerce ecosystem. You will conduct a detailed analysis of the company's supply chain costs, sharing insights with various business units to drive strategic actions. This will involve preparing and analyzing supply chain costs on a monthly basis, making forecasts for proactive decision-making, and monitoring city and hub level P&Ls to enhance portability. Additionally, you will be responsible for conducting variance analysis, communicating findings to ensure visibility, and enabling actionable planning. Tracking and measuring key financial and business metrics related to last-mile delivery, logistics, and hub costs will be crucial. You will also play a key role in preparing SOPs and policies for the costing system, developing business cases for product enhancements or new initiatives, and presenting them to top management. To excel in this role, you should possess 1-3 years of experience in Business Finance and be a Chartered Accountant. Strong business acumen is essential, along with the ability to understand problem statements and structure effective solutions. Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting is required, with knowledge of Tableau and SQL being an added advantage. You should demonstrate initiative by proactively improving campaign performance and driving results, as well as effectively managing cross-functional stakeholders and leading discussions. Moreover, you should have the ability to provide constructive feedback on content and creative output, stay informed about business objectives, and track relevant metrics to support data-driven decision-making. Your role will also involve handling ad hoc requests and problems with a quick turnaround time, supporting decisions through thorough analysis, and actively participating in standardization and automation projects to enhance process efficiency.,

Your role will involve collaborating with the marketing and growth teams to evaluate revenue trends across different regions, customer segments, and acquisition channels. You will be responsible for assessing the ROI of loyalty programs and discount strategies, ensuring they align with financial objectives. Providing detailed P&L insights at the app business and channel partner levels to identify opportunities for margin expansion will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. You will lead in-depth analyses of AOV, retention, and conversion metrics to influence product development and growth strategies. Building and maintaining comprehensive LTV vs CAC models will be crucial in making efficient decisions regarding customer acquisition and retention investments. Monitoring marketing budgets, identifying discrepancies, and suggesting reallocations based on performance will be part of your regular tasks. Additionally, you will drive automation and scalability in reporting processes to reduce manual efforts and enhance efficiency. Ideally, you are a CA with 1-3 years of experience in Business finance, possessing strong business acumen and analytical skills. Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting is a must, with knowledge of Tableau & SQL considered advantageous. You should be proactive in improving campaign performance, adept at managing cross-functional stakeholders, and capable of providing constructive feedback on content and creative outputs. Staying informed on business objectives and relevant metrics to facilitate data-driven decisions will be essential for success in this role.,
