This is an exceptional opportunity to join our customer's team as a Content Evaluation Specialist, where you will play a pivotal role in supporting a cutting-edge research initiative relating to the evaluation of AI-generated content in security and military domains. You will leverage your expertise in defence studies, military history, or related fields to assess and ensure the integrity, accuracy, and neutrality of AI responses to complex security themes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review AI-generated responses for clarity, factual accuracy, and adherence to established guidelines in security or conflict contexts.
• Conduct both scripted and exploratory tests to assess AI model performance and behavior.
• Apply structured labeling and evaluation frameworks with high attention to detail and consistency.
• Document, analyze, and report observations clearly to the research team to drive iterative improvements.
• Remain impartial and objective in the evaluation of sensitive, conflict-related, or safety-critical content.
• Participate actively in regular calibration sessions to maintain and enhance evaluation consistency across the team.
• Ensure ethical and safety considerations are rigorously upheld in all evaluation processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree (or final-year student) in Defence Studies, Security Studies, Military History, Public Safety, or a closely related field.
• Strong understanding of security dynamics, conflict scenarios, and risk assessment concepts.
• Exceptional English reading comprehension, writing, and communication skillsboth written and verbal.
• Demonstrated ability to objectively analyze strategic and tactical information, even in sensitive or high-stakes contexts.
• Meticulous attention to detail with solid analytical and judgment skills.
• Awareness and application of ethical and safety considerations related to content evaluation.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in AI content evaluation, security analysis, or academic research involving conflict or military history.
• Familiarity with structured content labeling methodologies.
• Experience handling complex or sensitive subject matter with discretion and professionalism.
