Job Description

Freshers with a Bachelors Degree or are currently pursuing one, preferably in Mass Communication, Multimedia, Designing, Instructional Designing, MBA (Freshers with other Academic qualifications with the required skill sets will also be preferred).
Able to conduct research and are familiar with Primary and Secondary research techniques.
Are visually creative with a knack for storytelling.
Are familiar with tools like Articulate 360, Storyline, MS PowerPoint, and basic video editing software.
Have a basic understanding of instructional design and how content supports learning in operational and corporate training contexts.
Can translate storyboards into engaging eLearning content using visual and instructional strategies.
Are curious, collaborative, and eager to learn.
