You will be responsible for managing and organizing training materials for our clients as a Content Curator. Your role will involve researching, selecting, and structuring educational content to ensure that our clients have access to high-quality, relevant, and up-to-date learning resources. This will not only enhance client knowledge but also support onboarding and improve overall engagement with our services. To excel in this role, you should possess a strong background in content management, instructional design, or corporate training. Your key responsibilities will include curating, organizing, and maintaining a comprehensive library of client-facing training materials such as user guides, e-learning modules, webinars, and FAQs. You will be required to research and identify relevant training content to meet client needs and collaborate with subject matter experts to refine and enhance training materials. It will be crucial for you to ensure that the training materials align with client goals, industry standards, and best practices. Regularly reviewing and updating training materials to keep them current, accurate, and relevant will also be part of your responsibilities. In addition, you will work closely with client success teams to understand training requirements and gather client feedback to enhance the effectiveness of the training materials.
