Role Content Creator - Video & Social Media (Food Industry) Location: Koramangala, Bangalore | Full-time, On-site What You'll Do As a content creator, you will play a crucial role in bringing the story of Crave to life through compelling video-first storytelling. Your responsibilities will involve creating engaging, natural, and visually stunning videos that resonate with our audience across platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, and more. From showcasing behind-the-scenes moments in our production unit to highlighting conversations with our founders, your creativity will be key in connecting with our followers. Your Responsibilities - Develop and implement a video content strategy in line with brand objectives. - Conceptualize, film, and edit daily short-form videos including Reels, Shorts, and Stories. - Capture and showcase behind-the-scenes content, daily operations, product narratives, and founder insights. - Ensure that the content remains trendy, genuine, and captivating while reflecting the brand's voice. - Post and schedule content across various platforms, monitor engagement, and leverage analytics for insights. - Collaborate closely with the founders and marketing team to generate innovative and fresh content ideas. What You Need - Minimum of 3 years of experience in content creation within the food, F&B, or lifestyle domains. - Proficiency in videography, editing, and storytelling techniques. - Familiarity with tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, Canva. - Knowledge of AI editing tools will be advantageous. - Thorough understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and current social media trends. - Ability to work independently, adhere to timelines, and consistently deliver high-quality content. - A portfolio showcasing previous work in food or lifestyle video content is essential.,
