About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and hands-on Content Creator who is comfortable shooting videos and building engaging stories around real estate projects. The ideal candidate is someone who can bring properties to life through visuals and create content that resonates with buyers and investors.

Key Responsibilities:

Shoot short-form videos, property walkthroughs, team stories, and testimonials.
Create engaging content for listings, campaigns, and digital promotions.
Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to script, plan, and schedule shoots.
Visit project sites to capture relevant video/photo content.

Requirements:

0-6 months of experience in content creation with a strong portfolio in video work.
Creative mindset with an understanding of social media trends.
Basic knowledge of real estate or willingness to learn about property features and selling points.
Ability to work independently, manage shoot schedules, and meet deadlines.

Nice to Have:

Knowledge of photography and lighting
