Job Description

You will be joining SVF Entertainment as a dynamic and creative content creator. Your role will involve conceptualizing and delivering engaging & impactful influencer-driven short format content. Key Responsibilities: - Assimilate and translate brand brief into content ideas for snackable content, ensuring alignment with business objectives and budget efficiency. - Develop content concepts based on digital landscape insights, audience trends, and content insights. - Establish delivery timelines and ensure on-time, in-full delivery. - Maximize content value across formats, focusing on engagement, authenticity, and relevance. - Present plans and campaign ideas to internal teams and influencers. - Collaborate with production, graphics, and other teams for content delivery aligned with business goals. - Assist in managing budgets, coordinating shoots, and delivering multiple formats. - Track analytics to measure performance and capture learnings in reports. - Proactively suggest and innovate content ideas for cultural moments. Qualifications And Prior Experience: - Any Undergraduate or Graduate Degree, with a preference for BMM or Marketing. - 2-3 years of experience in social marketing, content creator management, account planning, and brand/content strategy. - Strong understanding of social media platforms. - Previous experience in creating short-form content. - Proficiency in Bengali language. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to manage relationships between internal and external stakeholders. - Time management skills and ability to multitask. - Basic knowledge of digital video production.,
