As a Female Content Creator in Social Media at Prakrithi by Ramya Designer Boutique, your role will involve creating engaging content, executing social media strategies, and staying updated with current trends. You will work closely with the in-house team to produce high-quality content for platforms like Instagram and Facebook. Your creativity, attention to detail, and passion for ethnic fashion will be key in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Plan and create compelling content for Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms, including photos, reels, and stories. - Collaborate with the team for model shoots and product showcases. - Craft engaging captions, hashtags, and post copies that resonate with the brand's voice. - Schedule and publish content regularly to maintain audience engagement. - Analyze insights and performance metrics to optimize content strategy. - Assist in managing social media ad campaigns, particularly on Meta Ads. - Keep abreast of social media trends, music trends, and competitor strategies to enhance content quality. Requirements: - Only female candidates will be considered for this role. - Prior experience in content creation and social media management is required. - Proficiency in Instagram and Facebook operations, including posting, scheduling, and ad management. - Ability to shoot and edit reels using mobile apps or basic editing tools. - A keen eye for fashion trends and aesthetics.
