Content creator & social media executive

Devaki Neuropsychiatry Hospital is Amritsar’s leading mental health and rehabilitation centre, known for its 5-star patient care, advanced psychiatric treatments, rapid detox protocol, and a growing digital presence. We are expanding our marketing & content team and looking for a creative, energetic in-house Content Creator & Social Media Executive to join us. You will play a key role in increasing awareness through Instagram, Facebook, YouTube & Google My Business by creating daily video content with our doctor and hospital team

. ROLE OVERVIEW This is a high-visibility, creative execution role where you will be responsible for: ● Shooting daily content inside the hospital ● Editing reels and short videos ● Managing social media uploads ● Updating Google My Business ● Supporting digital marketing activities ● Coordinating with our marketing agency Your work will directly impact the hospital’s online awareness and reputation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Daily Content Shooting ● Shoot videos of hospital activities, OPD, Daycare, Speech Therapy ● Record reels with the doctor (daily or weekly batch shooting) ● Capture behind-the-scenes & educational content ● Cover events, patient success stories (anonymous), and workshops

2. Video Editing ● Edit reels using CapCut/InShot/VN ● Add subtitles, transitions & text overlays ● Maintain brand colors, logo & style ● Deliver 1–2 edited videos per day

3. Social Media Posting ● Upload reels on Instagram & Facebook daily ● Add hashtags, captions & geotags ● Upload 3–4 Instagram Stories daily ● Upload YouTube Shorts weekly ● Maintain a clean posting schedule

4. Google My Business (GMB) ● Upload photos daily ● Post weekly updates ● Answer Q&A ● Keep hospital information accurate and updated 5. Coordination & Content Management ● Maintain a content bank in Google Drive

● Coordinate with Digilinks (our marketing agency) ● Provide raw video footage for ads ● Support weekly & monthly content calendars

6. Basic Graphic Work ● Create simple posts using Canva (when required) ● Edit posters, event creatives, highlights

7. Engagement & Monitoring ● Reply to comments/messages (basic responses) ● Flag leads to reception/Interakt team ● Track reel performance & insights ● Suggest creative ideas and trends

REQUIRED SKILLS ● Strong mobile videography skills ● Good video editing skills (CapCut/InShot) ● Understanding of Instagram Reels & Facebook content ● Knowledge of YouTube Shorts basics ● Familiar with GMB ● Creative storytelling eye ● Good communication & discipline

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
