Content Creator (Short-form Video & Reels)

We are currently seeking a creative, dynamic, and trend-savvy Content Creator to breathe life into our products and brand stories across various platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, and beyond. As a Content Creator at NRP, your responsibilities will include planning, shooting, and editing engaging short-form videos and reels that highlight our products, brand values, and everyday stationery moments. You will craft authentic and relatable stories centered around the use of notebooks in daily life, showcasing product highlights, behind-the-scenes clips, customer features, and lifestyle content. Additionally, you will be responsible for editing and optimizing content for platforms like Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and others, ensuring that the content resonates with our target audience consisting of students, young professionals, stationery enthusiasts, and small business owners. It will be essential to stay updated on content trends, creatively adapting them while keeping in line with our brand's tone and messaging. Collaboration with our in-house team for content brainstorming, planning, scripting, and scheduling will be a key aspect of the role. Moreover, you will engage with and co-create content with local creators to enhance our online presence and maintain consistency in visual identity and narrative style across all video content. The ideal candidate for this position is someone who is deeply immersed in social media trends, possesses strong storytelling and video editing skills (proficiency in tools like Adobe After Effects, Premiere, etc), has a good sense of aesthetics, simplicity, and engaging narratives. Experience in content creation for e-commerce or product-based brands would be advantageous. The position is based in Patna, Bihar, or candidates must be willing to relocate.
