Responsibilities

• Ideate and create entertaining short-form content (scripts, captions, post ideas) on topics like dating tips, flirting fails, conversation starters, and relationship humor.
• Develop reels, memes, one-liners, and chat-style content that resonates with Indian boys navigating dating apps like Bumble, Hinge, and Instagram.
• Stay updated with online trends, youth culture, and viral content formats, especially those around love, situationships, and romance.
• Collaborate with our content and video team to refine tone, formats, and concepts for social media posts.
• Use humor, sarcasm, relatability, and pop culture references to make dating content that people want to share.

Qualifications

• A strong pulse on dating culture and Gen-Z/Millennial lingo.
• Experience or strong interest in content writing, meme creation, or social media storytelling.
• Familiarity with platforms like Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Reddit, and dating apps.
• Good command over English and Hinglish — especially punchy, conversational writing.
• Bonus: Experience with scriptwriting, voiceovers, or managing a content page in the dating/entertainment niche.
