Role Overview:

We’re hiring a Content Creator who’s fluent in Gen Z culture and drama-style storytelling. You’ll be scripting short-form content like mini-series and reels — rich in emotion, twists, and pop-culture flavor — that hooks audiences and sparks engagement across social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

· - Write engaging and emotionally captivating scripts for mini-series and reels

· - Craft sharp, expressive dialogues that connect with Gen Z sensibilities

· - Spot and leverage trending audio, themes, and formats on Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms

· - Conceptualize and pitch storylines with unique hooks and viral potential

· - Work with video teams and talent to bring your stories to life

· - Review content performance and iterate scripts based on audience feedback

Must-Have Skills:

· - Experience in scriptwriting for short-form content (mini-series, sketches, reels)

· - Strong understanding of Gen Z drama, slang, and content behavior

· - Ability to write relatable, engaging, and emotionally charged content

· - Familiarity with reel trends, dialogue pacing, and narrative build-up

· - Basic knowledge of storyboarding and visual storytelling

Preferred Qualifications:

· - Bachelor's in Media, Mass Communication, Literature, or related field

· - Minimum 1–2 years of experience in short video content creation or digital writing

· - Portfolio with sample scripts or live content links is a must for consideration
