1. Content Planning & Strategy

• Develop engaging content strategies aligned with Ideal Decor’s brand identity, target audience, and marketing goals.
• Plan monthly content calendars for social media, website, and offline promotions.

2. Content Creation

• Create high-quality written, visual, and video content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Write product descriptions, blogs, captions, and promotional copies highlighting furniture and interior solutions.
• Capture and edit photos/videos of furniture, showrooms, projects, and events.

3. Social Media Management

• Regularly post and update company’s social media handles.
• Engage with followers, respond to queries, and increase online presence.
• Monitor trends and create viral/relevant content for higher reach.

4. Branding & Promotion

• Ensure all content reflects Ideal Decor’s tone, design aesthetics, and premium positioning.
• Design creatives, brochures, and banners for online and offline marketing campaigns.
• Work closely with the marketing team to design campaigns for new product launches, festive offers, and exhibitions.

5. SEO & Digital Marketing Support

• Optimize website/blog content for SEO to drive organic traffic.
• Collaborate with digital marketing team on paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).
• Track performance of posts and campaigns using analytics tools.

6. Market & Competitor Research

• Stay updated on interior design and furniture trends.
• Research competitor content strategies and suggest innovative ideas for differentiation.

7. Collaboration & Coordination

• Work with designers, sales, and project teams to create project showcase content (before-after visuals, client stories, walkthroughs).
• Coordinate with photographers, videographers, and graphic designers when needed.

8. Reporting & Improvement

• Analyze engagement metrics and report performance to management.
• Suggest improvements in content style, timing, and strategy based on insights.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
