Content Coordinator {Video Editor}

As a Video Editor at ADMAGIC, a performance marketing agency specializing in DTC brands, you will play a crucial role in enhancing social media presence and boosting brand engagement. Your responsibilities will include: - Conducting Competitor Analysis & Content Strategy: - Researching and analyzing competitors' social media content strategies. - Developing a content multiplier strategy to batch-shoot reels efficiently. - Planning & Executing Content: - Ideating & scripting content for ADMAGIC's social media. - Shooting reels using an iPhone (basic shoots). - Editing & scheduling content for publishing. - Editing & Repurposing Content: - Editing short-form videos for Instagram Reels & YouTube Shorts to maximize engagement. - Enhancing videos with transitions, text overlays, motion graphics, and sound design. - Ensuring videos align with current social media trends and platform algorithms. - Scheduling & Tracking Performance: - Organizing and scheduling videos for posting across platforms. - Optimizing content based on performance insights and feedback. Qualifications: - Strong command of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar tools. - Experience in editing high-engagement social media videos. - Understanding of short-form content trends (Reels, Shorts). - Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple edits simultaneously. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple video projects. - Basic knowledge of motion graphics & animations is a plus. - Creative mindset with a keen eye for storytelling and design.
