The Manager at ISB Studios (Mohali Campus) will serve as the key representative and technical expert for ISB Studios at the Mohali campus. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and executing various audiovisual recordings, including digital learning sessions, podcasts, interviews, and special shoots. The ideal candidate should possess a well-rounded skill set with hands-on expertise in cinematography, video editing, and sound, along with the ability to effectively manage relationships with internal stakeholders. Your primary responsibilities will include independently managing end-to-end recording setups for classroom sessions, studio shoots, podcasts, and faculty interviews. You will operate cameras, lighting setups, and audio recording equipment with minimal supervision. Additionally, you will edit recorded content using standard NLE tools such as Adobe Premiere and Da Vinci Resolve to ensure consistent visual and audio quality across different content types. As the single point of contact for ISB Studios at the Mohali campus, you will coordinate with faculty, staff, program offices, and visiting guests. You will also be responsible for maintaining and managing studio equipment inventory, coordinating with the central team for upgrades or replacements, and swiftly troubleshooting technical issues during high-stake recordings. Furthermore, you will support the implementation of branded content aesthetics and ensure alignment with ISB's visual identity. You will coordinate with post-production teams at Hyderabad for file transfers, edit notes, and versioning, and provide direction and support to external vendors or freelancers hired for larger-scale shoots when required. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Film, Media Production, Mass Communication, or a related technical field, along with 5-7 years of experience in videography, editing, and sound recording in a professional studio, agency, or educational institution. Proficiency in camera operations, lighting setups, and sound gear is essential, as well as skills in editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro, Da Vinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, and basic sound correction tools. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required to interface confidently with senior faculty and administrators. You should be able to plan, schedule, and execute shoots independently with an eye for quality and storytelling, manage multiple recordings in a week, and meet tight content delivery timelines. Basic graphic and motion design knowledge is considered a bonus. Your key responsibilities will include leading and executing technical recording operations, coordinating with stakeholders to plan and manage shoots, performing post-production edits and sound refinements, ensuring stakeholder satisfaction, and managing studio equipment inventory and technical infrastructure maintenance.
