Job Description

Walk-In Drive Content Assistant Manager (4–5 Years Experience)

Content Assistant Manager

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute content strategies across
website, blog, email, and social media
platforms.
Collaborate with SEO, marketing, product, and design teams to deliver
engaging, audience-driven content
.
Oversee editorial calendars, workflows, and governance processes.
Optimize content for
SEO, AI discoverability, and passage-level ranking
.
Conduct content audits, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with brand guidelines.
Track performance with
Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, etc.
, and provide insights.
Manage writers, editors, and freelancers for timely content delivery.
Identify opportunities for
internal linking, entity optimization, and knowledge graph visibility
.
Stay updated on
AI-driven search and industry best practices
.

Requirements

4–5 years’ proven experience in
content management, SEO-driven content, or digital publishing
.
Strong understanding of
SEO, keyword strategy, and entity-based optimization
.
Hands-on experience with
CMS platforms (WordPress or similar)
.
Familiarity with
analytics tools
(Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog).
Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
Strong
project management & stakeholder management
skills.
Experience in
B2B or research-based content
is a plus.

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of
schema markup, structured data, and AI content optimization
.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a
fast-paced environment
.
