Edit and enhance visual content using tools like Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, or Premiere Pro. Drone photography or site tours (if licensed and applicable). 3. Graphic Design & Visual Content Creation Design social media posts, brochures, and presentation decks using tools like Canva, Illustrator, InDesign, or Figma. Create infographics, process diagrams, and visual explanations of architectural services. Maintain brand consistency in all visuals. 4. Social Media Management Develop a content calendar for platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Pinterest. Post regularly and engage with followers to build community. Use architectural hashtags and trends to increase visibility. 5. Website Content & SEO Create and update web content including project pages, blog posts, team bios, and news updates. Optimize content for SEO (keywords, meta descriptions, alt tags). Work with web designers or CMS platforms like WordPress or Webflow. 6. Copywriting & Script Writing Write captions, project descriptions, email newsletters, and scripts for video content. Translate complex architectural language into compelling, client-friendly content. 7. Analytics & Performance Tracking Monitor engagement metrics (likes, reach, impressions, CTRs). Analyze which types of content perform best and adjust strategy accordingly. Generate monthly performance reports for leadership. 8. Trend Research & Innovation Stay updated on digital trends in architecture, design, and content marketing. Experiment with new formats (reels, time-lapses, behind-the-scenes, AI tools). Suggest creative campaigns (e.g., design challenges, spotlighting team members). 9. Internal Communication Support Support internal presentations or design reviews with clean, branded visuals. Create team content for onboarding, culture building, and HR initiatives. 10. Content Archiving & Asset Management Organize and archive content — project folders, photo libraries, logos, brand assets. Maintain backups of high-resolution media for press or future use.
