Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic Content and Social Media Coordinator who will play a dual role of crafting exceptional content and managing day-to-day operational tasks. This role requires a strategic thinker who is organized, creative, and passionate about building brands. You'll work at the intersection of storytelling and execution, ensuring seamless content delivery and impactful social media presence while overseeing task management across projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Management

• Develop, write, and edit high-quality content for blogs, emails, social media, website copy, and campaigns that align with BMS's tone and voice.
• Collaborate with internal teams to brainstorm and execute creative ideas for client projects.
• Maintain a content calendar to ensure timely delivery and consistent messaging.
• Research trends, audience behaviors, and industry insights to craft innovative content strategies.

Social Media Management

• Manage social media accounts across various platforms, including content scheduling, posting, and community engagement.
• Plan and execute social media campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
• Analyze social media performance metrics and create reports with actionable insights.
• Stay updated on platform updates and algorithm changes to optimize strategies.

Task Management & Coordination

• Coordinate and monitor project workflows, deadlines, and deliverables using task management tools.
• Act as the point of contact between internal teams and clients to ensure clear communication and smooth project execution.
• Organize meetings, set agendas, and document key decisions to keep projects on track.
• Identify and address bottlenecks to ensure timely project delivery.

What we are looking for:

• Experience: 1-2 years in content creation, social media management, or task coordination roles, preferably in a marketing or agency setting.

Skills:

• Exceptional writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics.
• Proficiency in task management tools and social media tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.
• Organizational wizardry with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Personality: Creative, proactive, and collaborative with excellent communication skills.
• Bonus Points: Basic design skills (e.g., Canva) or experience with SEO and paid media campaigns.
