As a word-obsessed storyteller at NEWME, you will play a crucial role in translating the visual energy of the brand into captivating copy tailored to resonate with Gen Z women in India. Your mission will be to craft messages that reflect their humor, slang, and cultural references while staying true to NEWME's voice. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop compelling, on-brand copy for various marketing channels such as website, app, social media, email campaigns, in-store experiences, and influencer collaborations. - Collaborate closely with design, brand, and digital teams to ensure cohesive campaigns and maintain a consistent brand voice across all platforms. - Ideate and execute copy for interactive social media initiatives like polls, contests, and hashtag campaigns to enhance engagement and drive user-generated content. - Write clear, persuasive product descriptions, promotional banners, and push notifications tailored to Gen Z's fast fashion mindset. - Stay updated on fashion, internet, and pop culture trends to keep NEWME's messaging fresh, relevant, and ahead of the curve. - Support influencer and creator partnerships through creative copy for collaborations, events, and community initiatives. - Generate innovative campaign ideas, taglines, and brand storytelling concepts. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field. - 2-4 years of experience in copywriting, preferably in fashion, youth-oriented consumer brands, or digital-first companies. - Deep understanding of Gen Z culture, digital behavior, and social media platforms, especially Instagram, Pinterest, and emerging channels. - Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a keen eye for detail and tone. - Strong portfolio demonstrating the ability to write effectively for Gen Z audiences, including examples of social media posts, campaign copy, product descriptions, and branded content. - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, data-driven environment with tight deadlines and rapid feedback loops. - Creative thinker who is proactive, resourceful, and passionate about fashion and youth culture.,
