You will be joining Guidewire's Data platform and Analytics team, responsible for owning, building, and operating Guidewire's cloud-native data platform and analytics SaaS offerings. The data platform is designed to be enterprise-grade, internet-scale, and cloud-native, enabling customers with critical insights and decision-making capabilities. You will have the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment, developing next-generation platforms and services using cutting-edge technologies. Your responsibilities will include designing and developing test automation for cloud-native data platform and analytics SaaS services, participating in the Agile development process, collaborating closely with developers and product owners, building automation frameworks and tools, testing and automating micro-services and analytics SaaS solutions, driving testing and automation for Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Deployment (CD) of services, and developing a test strategy for scalability, availability, and data security of services. To succeed in this role, you should have at least 5 years of work experience, prior experience and passion for automating large-scale multi-tenant cloud-native data platforms, a focus on team success, strong technical interpersonal skills, good programming skills in Java/Python or scripting languages, expertise in testing with Kafka, experience with container technology, ability to work in an agile fast-paced environment, and a BS or MS degree in Computer Science.
