Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Developer with deep expertise in Node.js, Python, and cloud technologies to lead the migration of applications from AWS to Azure. This role requires hands-on experience in cloud migration, serverless architecture, and containerized applications, with a solid understanding of both AWS and Azure ecosystems. Key Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end migration of Node.js and Python applications from AWS to Azure. Analyze existing AWS architecture and code to identify dependencies, refactoring needs, and Azure service mappings. Perform code remediation and configuration changes required to ensure successful deployment and functionality on Azure. Develop and maintain deployment scripts/pipelines and support application deployments on Azure using Azure App Services, Azure Functions, AKS, etc. Work with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and support applications during and after migration. Convert AWS SDK usage in code to equivalent Azure SDKs. Implement and manage integration with Azure services like Blob Storage, APIM, Azure Functions, and AKS. Handle unit testing and application testing processes on Azure post-migration. Collaborate in container orchestration using Kubernetes and deployment via Helm charts. Support Kafka integrations and manage S3 to Azure Blob data sync operations. Mandatory Skills: 8+ years of hands-on experience in application development using Node.js and Python. Proven experience in cloud migration, specifically AWS to Azure. Proficiency in Azure services including Azure Functions, Blob Storage, AKS, App Services, APIM. Experience with containerized applications, microservices architecture, and Kubernetes. In-depth understanding of AWS services like Lambda, S3, and associated SDKs. Hands-on experience with AWS Lambda to Azure Functions migration. Strong understanding of Azure infrastructure for hosting applications on PaaS or Serverless platforms. Proficient in Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and application deployment automation. Preferred Skills: Experience with Confluent Kafka, especially S3 sync connectors. Knowledge of SDK conversions from AWS to Azure. Strong debugging and performance tuning capabilities. Familiarity with industry-standard coding, security, and performance best practices. Educational Qualifications: B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science/IT or MCA or equivalent.
