Experience in drafting & vetting of various legal & commercial documents such as Writs, Agreements, Memorandum of Appeals, Complaints, Notices, Affidavits, Deeds, Written Statements, General Pleadings, Legal Communications & Contracts. Experience incoordinating with Advocates, Law Officers, Court Staff, Police & Law Enforcement Agencies. Team Handling experience and exposure of team appraisal procedures Willing to travel across branches Excellent Communication Skills

Role & responsibilities • Handling the cases filed before various forums (DCRC/SCDRC/NCDRC/Civil Courts/High Courts/Supreme Court). The candidate should be able to handle more than legal cases, reporting and briefing. • Handling legal notices and reply to legal notices • Looking after PAN India advocate tie-ups • Managing Appeals & Court Order Compliances. • Managing Insurance Ombudsman cases & Award Compliances as per IRDAI Rules. • Ensuring TAT and timelines of the Court/Insurance Ombudsman with respect to filing of replies/complaints etc. • Managing proper liaising with Panel Lawyers with case briefing, preparing arguments, etc. • Maintaining MIS tracker
